Submission instructions

Authors are invited to submit original papers that are not under review at any other conference or journal. All submissions must be written in English and follow the ISGTA 2027 template. Manuscripts may be prepared in LaTeX or Word.

The page limit will be announced with the paper template. It includes all figures, tables and references. Every manuscript is peer-reviewed by at least three members of the program committee.

Similarity, plagiarism and self-plagiarism

All submissions are screened with iThenticate before being sent to reviewers. A paper’s overall similarity rate must not exceed 15%, and its similarity to any single source must not exceed 10%. The score and report are provided to help you revise your manuscript if needed. The symposium cannot provide a score or report for a revised manuscript.

Paper Format

Papers must follow the ISGTA 2027 template.

The Word and LaTeX templates will be announced soon.

Publication

All accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentation and included in the symposium proceedings. Publication details will be announced soon. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend to present the work.

Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation lasts 20 minutes: 10 to 15 minutes for the author, and 5 to 10 minutes for discussion. Presentations may be in-depth literature reviews, scientific research articles, or accounts of professional experience.

Posters

Posters are displayed throughout the symposium. The poster, together with short and long abstracts describing its main points and conclusions, must be submitted electronically.

Best Paper Awards

Best Paper and Best Student Paper Awards will be presented during the symposium.
